Ricky.com accepts all major credit and debit cards.
No problem. Fire us an e-mail as soon as possible to care@ricky.com with your order number and we will try our best to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse and refund your payment to you. If it’s too late and we have already processed the order, please refuse the delivery when it arrives at your house so that it can be returned back to us. We will process your refund once we receive it back minus the delivery fee.
Yes totally discreet. We will securely pack your order into a plain brown box, free of any markings or labels that mention ‘Ricky’.

We offer a few delivery options for customers at checkout. If you need your toy urgently, most orders will be eligible to select Royal Mail Special Delivery, which promises next day delivery before 1pm. You can see our full list of delivery options over here.

As a general rule, if your toy doesn't vibrate it should be waterproof; if it vibrates it should be splashproof (just don't fully submerge it in water).
